In order to complete cargo reservation, we need the following information by e-mail:

• Name, address and telephone number of the shipper
• Name, address and telephone number of the consignee
• The length, width and height of your pet (s)
• Weight of your pet
• Science name (or trade name)
• Sexuality
• Age

For local customs formalities, we need the following documentations:

• Your passport
• Your airline ticket
• Vaccination Booklet & Blood Test Report
• Export Permit (Health Certificate) from the Agriculture Department Turkey
• Import Permit - if necessary at destination
